Child Care RSVP

Child care is available for special events.

Attendees with children requiring child care must RSVP so we can ensure we have the appropriate staff.
Children from infants to age 5 will go the church nursery. School-aged children from kindergarten to fourth grade will be have care in room 111.
Schertz UMC is a Safe Gatherings site. According to Safe Gatherings criteria, there must be at least two staff members with one or more children at all times. There may be times when more than two staff members are needed according to the age and the number of children.
The chart is the recommended Staff:Child Ratio as per ChildCare.gov. With Safe Gatherings, there must be at least 2 staff members present.

Child Care RSVP

This form MUST be completed for all children that will need child care for the date specified by no later than ONE WEEK before the specified event.
