Schertz UMC Volunteer Form
We would like all Schertz UMC members, aged 13 and older, to complete this 28-question survey. Each member should independently complete their own form, regardless of the number of people in the household. Respondents should expect to be contacted within three weeks of completion, possibly by multiple staff and ministry leaders based on your specific responses.
